Bakery Door Wraps

The Sign Gallery recently designed, manufactured, and installed a set of bespoke health and safety door wraps for a large-scale bakery.

The customer wanted to create a bold visual reminder for all employees that the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn before entering the bakery production area. To achieve this, The Sign Gallery recommended wrapping the entrance doors and an adjoining wall with clear, eye-catching graphics illustrating the PPE required before access is permitted.

Working closely with the customer, we developed a design that met their exact requirements. Once the concept had been approved, we produced a detailed artwork proof, allowing the customer to visualise the finished installation before production began. We then scheduled the installation around the customer's operations to minimise disruption, ensuring the vinyl graphics were fitted to the highest professional standard.

The finished installation delivered the impactful health and safety message the customer was looking for while complementing the existing working environment. The graphics were manufactured using durable, high-quality materials that can be cleaned with the detergents required to meet the company's strict hygiene standards, ensuring they remain both practical and long-lasting.
